Technical Service
Check fixture design process:
1. Pay attention to the feasibility evaluation of the inspection tool/check fixture concept in the early quotation
2. Project kick-off meeting at the early stage of design
3. Carry out the design according to the drawings provided by the customer and the customer’s standards, and understand the customer’s requirements.
4. After the design is completed, carry out internal audit to check and confirm whether the details meet the customer’s requirements and standards
5. Provide the concept/design to the customer for confirmation
6. After the customer confirms that the design concept is good, start the internal review (processing technology, measurement, evaluation and delivery date)
7.2D plotting (converting 3D model into machining drawing)
8. Drawing review
9. Issue the drawings to the production department, and work according to the drawings until the production of the inspection tools/ check fixture is completed.
The method of CMM debugging check fixture
1. Understand the contents of the inspection tool drawing file and arrange the corresponding procedures.
2. Drawing review: check 3D part structure and formulate reasonable commissioning plan
3. Cleaning: clean the number of parts according to 3D
4. Debugging: establish a 2D measuring coordinate system according to the number of datum holes, and then start debugging
5. Retest: After the debugging of the inspection tool is completed, another operator shall be arranged to retest to ensure that the accuracy is qualified and a test report shall be issued.
6. Unloading: After the accuracy is confirmed to be qualified, all accessories and inspection tools shall be handed over to the next process.
Precautions for use of check fixture
Before use: The inspection tool/check fixture must be placed in a dust-free environment with stable temperature and humidity. Before starting the inspection, the operator needs to conduct a visual inspection on the inspection tool to determine whether the inspection tool is available. (For example, whether the components are firmly positioned and whether the functional components are damaged)
After use: After each use, the locating pin of the inspection tool/check fixture shall be coated with anti rust oil. Put the inspection tool at the specified place and cover the dust cover. Prevent collision and extrusion of other heavy objects, so as not to affect the accuracy of the inspection tool. Do not disassemble the inspection tool without permission, which will seriously affect the accuracy of the inspection tool.
Calibration: The inspection tool is a tool for testing products, and its accuracy is very important. Normally, it should be calibrated once a year. The internal or external qualified units of the company should perform calibration to ensure the accuracy of the inspection tool is normal before it can be put into use.
