The 4 basic requirements of the clamping device are.
(1) in the clamping process should be able to maintain the accurate positioning obtained when positioning the workpiece.
(2) the size of the clamping force should be appropriate to ensure the stability of the workpiece positioning during processing, but also to prevent damage to the surface of the workpiece due to excessive clamping force or excessive clamping deformation of the workpiece.
(3) clamping device should be easy to operate, labor-saving, safe.
(4) the complexity of the clamping device and the degree of automation should be adapted to the workpiece production batch and production methods.
