Headlight module structure and testing standards
The headlamp module has a special position in the main model of the car, as it is connected not only to the wing but also to the front bumper and hood module. This module is mounted on the frame of the main model to show the state of the headlights in the car body. If the real headlight is interchanged with the connector, the position degree of each hole, the peripheral contour degree, the physical surface difference of the headlight, the light smoothness and gap between parts can be detected, the light illumination of the headlight can be observed and the overall visual effect can be felt, therefore the headlight module structure is called the headlight inspection module in the main model car inspection tool.
The module inspection function is consistent with the headlight surface data provided by the customer, and the module accuracy inspection standard is set as follows: the surface of the headlight module is flat and bright, the direction of the knife pattern between its connected modules must be consistent, there is no colour difference at the connection, and there are no air holes. The test criteria for this parameter are: the surface roughness of the module must not be higher than 0. 8; the deviation of the surface profile must not exceed ± 0. 1 mm; the gap between adjacent modules is controlled within ± 0. 1 mm; the deviation of the line profile is controlled within ± 0. 1 mm; and the deviation of the positioning of the mounting holes is controlled within 0.1 mm.
