Fixture design is generally carried out according to the specific requirements of a process after the mechanical processing process of parts is formulated. The possibility of fixture realization shall be fully considered when formulating the technological process. When designing the fixture, if necessary, the technological process can also be modified. The design quality of the fixture shall be measured by whether it can stably guarantee the processing quality of the workpiece, high production efficiency, low cost, convenient chip removal, safe operation, labor saving and easy manufacturing and maintenance.
